I purchased a minivan from Avis today. Ken and George were a joy to deal with. The van needed tires and they made sure I had a full set of brand new tires before the I left the lot. They were able to get me approved when no one else would approve me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that needs a vehicle.

Don’t trust advertised prices! Don’t waist your time.

We found a used Siena for a good price advertised on their website. We called the night before and in the morning to verify the price, before my husband and I both took off a day of work to drive 1.5 hrs each way to test drive.

First thing we did when we got there was verify the price with the sales rep, which he confirmed.

One of the back seats was broken, which we figured explained the lower than market price. We were able to fix it to our satisfaction before test driving.

After spending hours test driving and inspecting we decided to buy the car. When we sat down to pay, the price was correct at first, but then the rep went to talk to his manager and they upped the price by $2500! Avis is suppose to be no haggle!

After we got upset the manager said he would try to get the company to honor the original price, and would keep me updated (he did not, I had to call him multiple times). 4 days later he confirmed that Avis would not honor the original multiple times verified price, so we were out an entire day of work and drove 3 hr for nothing.

We were so glad we went to Avis car sales in Colton for our daughters first real car purchase!! we had been pre approved by a credit union but George was able to get us a better rate! Townya was super nice and helped us feel confident in our purchase. Even the other sales people& staff there were super friendly. We highly recommend Avis in Colton and we will be going back for our future purchases. The selection is great and you will find what your looking for! Low mileage and low price, great quality! Possibly the worst vehicle shopping experience you can have. From the Manager to the receptionist. Talk to the receptionist and she will advise you to buy a car like a Subaru that’s not even on the lot!. It’s supposed to be online Avis rental car sales, but there is NOTHING online about it. They should be on Craigslist not affiliated with a statewide company like Avis. Nobody knows anything the Manager George is downright rude and this dealership is certainly not geared for anything but local sales to Colton. It’s like these people don’t want to sell their cars! Have to be in person and test drive. They are clueless and obviously never heard of FedEx. Stay away!

The associates at Avis Car Sales, Colton California location especially Ken Mobley, George and Angie Cardona were such a huge help. My husband and I did most of the work purchasing the car over the phone and via email from Utah and traveled to Colton to complete the purchase. They gave us a sense of ease because we knew they were working to help us understand the vehicle, taxes, total cost and what was needed to get what we wanted. During the process we felt like were taken care of. They even picked us up from our hotel on the day of purchase.
