I went to register a vehicle at about 8:30 in the morning, and the process was painless. Honestly, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. There were plenty of workers, and they were processing people in line at a fairly brisk pace. Security was friendly at the entry point, and other workers were helpful. Overall, I would say it was a surprisingly good experience.

I've used this location for many years and have never had a problem. I went today to renew car registration and handle an address change. The security people as soon as you walk in are friendly and give clear instructions. When you get to the giant room there's an employee who lets you know which line you are to be in and helps you if you don't hear which window you are called to go to. The clerk was absolutely fantastic and knew exactly what needed to be done. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I was impressed. Parking lot attendant was also extremely friendly. Will definitely continue using this location.

I went to renew my tag and the woman at desk number 17 was super racist and made it so obvious. Everyone else seemed professional and helpful. I can't stand when I'm treated like scum and not helped because of the color of my skin . Lady at desk number 17 I will pray for you and I hope you can learn to treat people equally. Terrible experience and 100% she was absolutely racist right to my face . Hope God can help her .

I went to renew my license Thursday morning at the downtown bra ch as I always have done between 9 and ten, the lady behind the desk told me I had 2 forms of ID one from years ago as a kid non driver an my current license an said I would have to go to Finley to have one of them taken off, why would I want to have my license removed an why couldn't she remove an old childhood ID? In all these years I've never been told that went right out on Finley waited in a line almost an hour an 30 minutes to get my license renewed which was way out of the way when I normally go downtown an in an out. I ne er heard of this an I think she just felt like telling someone one that nonsense. I'd give a zero star if possible.

This building is absolutely stunning. Going to get a tag for my car and going to get my license renewed has never been so entertaining or beautiful. I have always been able to find street parking when I need to go as well. Also this office is so fast! I have never had to wait for more than 15-minutes for anything in this location. They mean business! Also, when you go in the front doors you go through a security check and they make you remove everything from your pockets and it runs through a scanner. They are kind while doing so though!

Listen, everybody has experiences, but in all seriousness, DMV is notoriously awful. This one is fine. I came in 4 minutes to close, and a guard noticed me and quickly told me where to go. When I arrived, a man was holding the door about to lock it, asked me what I needed, let me inside, and pointed me towards a lovely young woman. She asked what I needed, asked for my documents, took my information, I paid, handed me what I needed, and I was finished. I left at 5:02 pm.

They were helpful, pleasant, and very friendly despite the timing. I have no complaints

Shocked I’m saying this about the DMV, but I had a wonderful experience. No line, very courteous employees. Great job!
