Sales representative does not give customers accurate change, he has done this to several family members and neighbors. He refuses to give the refund. Sounds like a scam to keep the money. Unable to contact owner by phone. Will try to resolve with owner, if not then notify Better Business Bureau . Count your change at counter before you leave even when he is very busy!
