All the high star reviews here are years old. Take that with a grain of salt. Stayed nearby in an Airbnb for vacation. Stopped in to stock up and grab a few things - milk for the kids, tampons, bandaids, snacks, and wine for the house. Was told by the cashier that he would probably not serve me based on my “ruddiness.” I said, what? And he said “ruddiness…the redness…what my face is probably showing now.” In that he was embarrassed to choose not to sell me wine. Listen, I just stopped here to give business to a local place & as a convenience on the way home. Instead, I walked away not buying anything. Good luck getting service. Would not recommend stopping here unless looking to be judged upon appearances & not being able to get what you need.

I haven’t felt profiled so inappropriately and wrongly in my life. Stopped by to grab some essentials and wine. The worker refused us service insulting us that we were too “ red” in the face and judged us from the moment we parked. We are on vacation with our families and were coming through before getting to our Vrbo. It was not a warm welcome to the area. I would not recommend supporting a place that treats any customer this way.

Every single time I go into this store I feel completely targeted and instantly uncomfortable. It would be one thing if I was in there stealing but EVERYTIME I pay. And still at the register the older white man and younger mixed girl always make comments. They are cashiers. Suppose to be a family store but since I’ve lived in Juneau, from my experience at the Douglas breeze in, they aren’t friendly. I’m a grown working lady and I don’t need my day ruined everytime I go inside of this store. They have lost my service.

I've only been in here to buy ice before but my trips have been great. My roommates swear by it and thanks to the fritters and maple bacon bars they wanted me to give this place 6 stars but unfortunately I can't.

What I didn't like is both Breeze-inn's are always out fro flavored coffee creamers the vally and lemon creek for weeks now what's up with that' do I have to switch to Heritage too? French vanilla' hazelnut by coffeemate ' I had to by the creamer out of the cooler for my coffee

Clean neat nice place. Starbucks inside nice selection of ready to eat food. Big salad bar with lots of options. Clean bathrooms and nice selection overall
