There was this tall blond guy who I tried to ask him for a pair of shoes. He acted like it isn’t his job to help customers barely acknowledge me and was no help at all. Had to order online to get the shoes. The clerk lady and the lady who bring my shoes out the storage were really nice though.

Had looked in several nike stores for months for a certain item in black and the girl in this store really looked after me and found what I was looking for. She actually had 2 of them so I bought both. Great service.

i love this place... The atmosphere was different this time around. There was a split n the ppl who work there on the floor weren't very helpful and when they finally did it was as if we were bothering them. No one spoke Spanish I even asked for someone who spoke any other language but, English just to see what was said...this is the U. S. Was the under breath response. Disappointing! Not only was it true but, unnecessary. I brought my family who purchased many pairs for extended family in Tenerife Spain. The mur mur continued as he said most beautiful place in the world is az. I could hav argued our canary islands are quite a sight. Although cactus are incredible and is why my family comes to visit. I was embarrassed. I quickly moved my family on. The face of the store the company and brand are those who represent you. Those who speak directly to your costumers. When I bring family from other parts of Spain and Mexico I will be sure to drive further into Phoenix.

Horrible Upper management. That 18 year old manager they have there KAI treated us like we stole something from her store... as we walked in asked for a replacement on some shoes we bought just a bigger size , then told us another rep would help us.. when the rep began to assist us. She rudely walked up to the associate stated to make sure we have our receipt. Then gave us a weird stare down.. Instead of a replacement we just requested a refund... This store needs to reconsider that managers position...consider purchasing online.. instead.

I was there to get shoes and clothing for my 2 boys. The only problem is that they have pink, purple, and girl only looking nike shirts. I asked someone for help and they said these shirts are for both. I am not putting my boys in a girl loooking color shirt they are boys not girls. They need to get the dark navy blue, black, red, and light blue shirts back or something that is boy colors or I will have to go to Foot Locker, Jcpenney and Dillard's for the boys.

The store has great deals on shoes and shirts. The staff is always close by to help and answer questions. Some items don't have the right price showing in the box or tag. Other than that, it is great.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service. The place often has okay deals on merchandise but i feel like being a outlet store and all it should definitely be better priced. That being said when they do have some sort of sale they are fantastic.
