Tucked away in the palomino plaza I almost missed this gem. The clothes are fashionable and easy to wear, from work to evening. And so unique I won’t see them on anyone else. The staff and owner are always available to help and order whatever isn’t readily available in the store.
You have to check them out.

Mediocre boutique with a delusional sense of superiority from the owner and operators, both. Oblivious to actual designers and fashion... and bit dated on knowledge and clothing. Yes, some things are timeless, however, most of their items are not. The best aspect of the store was their clearance - there you will find pieces at prices befitting its design and workmanship. May return, out of curiosity as the store is situated in an area known for retail recycling - perhaps new ownership or vision may arise.

I live in Wisconsin and as a Petite, have a very difficult time finding cute clothes that fit me. Both times I have shopped at La Contessa I score big time. Very helpful staff, great clothing selections. I will continue to shop there when visiting Tucson.

Terrible customer service by the owner. She is so rude and she thinks her dresses are the best and that people know nothing about designs. She calls herself a designer when she steals other designers ideas and make a dress. She wouldn’t let me try anything or show me anything. Never ever go there. She thinks she is miss i know it all and she knows nothing.
