I must say, Main Street Grocery has the best beer selection in Marana. It blows away Safeway and Fry's! I have even made suggestions to the owner and he followed through and brought in the bourbon barrel aged beer I requested. Now that's service. They have just about any groceries you could need, they have saved more than a few dinners for me. The prices are reasonable for being the only grocer out in the Town center. Come check out this Market.

I don't even like beer but I am thoroughly impressed with their selection of beers. Very tasty macaroni and potato salads made there at their own little deli. Very nice store overall. I have no idea why people are saying that anyone in the store is rude. Every time I go in, which is quite often, everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. As far as the negative reviews go, perhaps there's narrow-mindedness going on which skews one's perceptions of people. Very nice family store.

I love this store! The inventory is excellent for a small country store. It is so convenient to pick up a few things I need without having to drive 10 miles. I’ve only had good luck with all of my purchases here. From fresh vegetables to liquor.
The people who own and work here are so respectful, kind and humorous!
If you posted about an unfortunate experience here I think you may want to ponder the mood you may have been in yourself that day. It may be possible that you were having a bad day. How did you treat them? I’ve seen it happen.
The people here are so kind I can’t imagine them being rude unless they were provoked.
I have missed the store and can’t wait until they reopen!

I feel sorry for this store when Fry's comes to town because their prices are outrageous!!!!! Don't believe me? Go see for yourself. Do yourself a favor and keep driving until the Fry's opens. Their prices will be their undoing because Marana is not a resort and the prices should be comparable. Good luck with the competition that's coming

Aside from the price of groceries being extremely high. The store itself is well maintained and well stocked. A great choice if frys is too far, and dollar general doesn't carry what you're looking for.

Cleaned up and remodeled in the last year, Main Street Grocery is a great family-run convenience market with all the household basics, frozen and shelf-stable packaged foods, liquor and wine, block ice, Mexican spices, a small deli (including fresh ceviche, guacamole, and salsa), a good selection of veggies to grill or make a salad — and a few surprises like vegetarian prepared meals and plant-based meat substitutes. As a rural vegetarian, I appreciate not having to go all the way into town to pick up vegan or veggie options. Lovely folks!
