Went in with my son to get a new pair of shoes. Was met with a friendly greeting by staff members Angie and Percilla. Angie had to go to the back room a couple of times to find the right shoe and size for my son. She was engaging and helpful the whole time. My son was getting cranky about trying on shoes but Angie played with him and made a game of it. Percilla came over to see how it was going. She told my son how great his new shoes looked and she bet the shoes would make him run really fast. It put a big smile on his face. We left the store with new shoes and a smile on my son’s face. Both Angie and Percilla are an amazing team for the Crocks store.

Rude and arrogant employees, horrible customer service!!! We feel like we were being discriminated by an employee named ANGELIQUE. She has a hostile personality and poor customer service, not receptive with our queries and if I could give this review a negative 1, I would!!! One advice for people: Don’t go to this store!!!

Do not go to this crocs store, they have pushy and infuriating employees. This lady named Angelique or whatever was so pushy and tried making me buy sets of gibbets but I refused again and again, she got visibly annoyed by that and took it on me at the cashier and was eyeing me, she was scrutinizing me when I used a $20 bill and was insinuating that it was fake? I got super annoyed and just left immediately.

Noticed quickly that they have smallest sizes on top and work down to the biggest. The man who helped me was nice and didn't hesitate.
There were so many to chose from for myself and my son, as for the charms too. My first pair just have to have jibbitz, or else I'm not living the full croc experience.
My husband isn't usually a fan, but even he's jealous. I saw him wearing my tiny crocs on his huge feet, now I have to take him to the crocs store in our area.
Is it bad I want a collection of crocs? I didn't understand the hype till getting these.

I’m so upset right now! I have purchased my daughter I don’t know how many pair of crocs I have my own and I always encourage family and friends to buy them never again after today. I cannot believe the way I was treated by Angelica N. One of the live chat associates. Crocs clearly made a mistake and put a wrong address or an invalid address on my package. All she did was tell me that I needed to check back tomorrow. When it was clear, that mistake was already made and that my package wasn’t coming. But she didn’t want to deal with it so she continued to give me no answer, but check back tomorrow after I had already been an hour waiting in queue. I don’t know if this is always how they treat customers, but I would hope not but like I said, I don’t know if I’ll ever be back again if I don’t get a response and this taken care of. I was completely discredited and she was completely unwilling to help me or verify that in the future id get my paid package and shipping at the right address
