I couldn't be more disappointed in this shop. I have purchased here (in person) for the past few years. Back in July 2024, I placed an order with their online store to reorder some products I was out of. While my credit card was charged immediately, I never received a package. At first I thought it might be due to the high summer temps (too high for shipping those types of products). However, after emailing several months ago to make a follow up inquiry I have received nothing and am out almost $80 for nothing. I won't go back.

Went to Tubac and bought thieir salsa. IT WAS AMAZING. Ordered some online almost a month ago. My credit card was charged but no salsa. 🙁 Phone number is disconnected.

UPDATE!! I went to Tubac Oil N' Vinegar and showed them my online purchase receipt. They were very apologetic about my order not being sent to me. (Small company, a health emergency, and an employee with not the best follow through). I totally understand that. They filled my order and gave me an extra jar free of charge. Changing original rating from 1 to 5. Their salsas are amazing!!!

Went to Tubac Oil and Vinegar in search of a flavored olive oil. Sampled and found a product that I loved. Purchased a bottle only to travel an hour back home and discover that it was just straight, unblended olive oil...Disappointed.

Tried to use the website to figure out a solution with the company, but it "would not send."

I hope this is just a mislabeled bottle and the company will make it right...glad I was not giving this one as a gift.

My good friends from California went in there and unfortunately were treated very terribly. The woman who I believe was the owner was very discriminating and rude due to her judgements. Unbelievable really. I will be warning all visitors I come across to not support this place for the experience troubled my friends so much they were emotionally shaken. I cannot speak about the products as none were purchased before the the abuse took place. They lost this sale for sure, and will loose many more in the future.

No doubt this place attempts to be Creative and a Specialty Shop. I believe the Owner had a Shop in Michigan that failed due to the Lack of this being a Front for Bad and Questionable practices. The Olive Oils are pure CACA.

We recently moved back to Arizona from Texas (DFW). Dallas is renowned around Texas for having terrible Mexican food. But what is nice is even at Walmart, they have excellent salsa available off the shelf. We don't really get that here in Arizona, and I was very impressed with the selection and quality here at Tubac. It's a little pricier than I expected but still cheaper than airfare back to Dallas. But you can offset this by buying three jars and getting $5 off!!! There's something for everyone here!!!!
