The store was easy to locate. The staff was outstanding; friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Many other businesses could learn from this store. I was able to find what I needed and other items that just followed me home 😁

Really nice staff. They held an item for me that I called about the day before. They explained all the in- store sales upfront & checked back stock for a size we were looking for on a certain shirt. Customer service you don't get in too many stores nowadays. Thanks, 5-11, we'll be back!

March 13 2025 first time going to the store.. they were supposed to open at 10 got there door was locked figured oh someone will show up soon to unlock the door figured oh i got some time to kill so i waited out Front for at least a hour i watched probably about 20 people come and try and go in and leave also a ups delivery with a good amount of product to drop off that was not able to do his job cause the person that was supposed to open Still hadn't shown up yet... whoever was supposed to open this day should be fired or demoted and the store keys revoked cause obviously they are not responsible enough to show up on time and do the job that is required of them.
