WORST customer service. Called on phone about hydraulic hose. Was told if not in stock they would make it for me. Drove 30 miles to get there. Found 2 parts employees. Told me not only dont they have it, they cant make it! Told them person on phone said they could. They stared at me like I had 2 heads and said nothing. NEVER COME HERE!

Called twice today. 1st time I was transferred to parts guy says "Parts, what do you need"?....I told him, he replied some gibberish and said hold on, Immediately disconnecting me. I called back, same drill, this time put on hold for 12 min 38 seconds before I decided to hang up. Terrible customer service. I will buy my part online. Thanks for nothing RDO.

I am a very small drop in the bucket, but the RDO Staff has always been there for me whenever I've needed tech support and parts. I can count on RDO for quick turn around on shop work and quick delivery of parts, too.

I needed 310SE backhoe boom cylinder seal kits, they had the kits in stock. The store was clean, the location was a little odd being way back in a retail center.

Parts guy just hung up on me bacause they cannot supply parts or a new unit. Didnt even atempt to find an alternative. Terrible service.
