Wonderful customer service. I have been crocheting for nearly 10 years and have only ever used the cheap acrylic yarn you can get at craft stores. Recently I picked up sock knitting and wanted quality yarn to work with. This quaint store is packed full of everything you could need for yarn crafts. The two owners are sweet as can be and made my experience very enjoyable. 10/10 will be back!

I just stopped in Grandma's Spinning Wheel for the first time today. The staff was very helpful. I told them my daughter's were talking a summer camp class to learn felting. They connected be a staff member that was knowledgeable and teaches children's felting class herself. She helped me get just what I needed. Thank you!

I just started knitting and taught myself as much as I could. When I have questions or need a problem solved, this is the place to go with any questions about yarns and yarn arts. I love the customer service. Feels like a family! And a kind one at that!

Original review :
This was the third and last chance I gave to this business. The first time I called to place an order, as the yarn I wanted was not in stock anymore. After no news for weeks, I called a second time, to place the order again. And never heard back. And now after I ordered some other yarn for delivery, it arrived unwind and I have to wind it all by hand. This is really not serious...

This shop is amazing! The staff are all kind, welcoming and knowledgeable, the amount of yarn and fiber that is available is huge and varied (something for every taste and budget), and they carry yarn and fiber that is dyed by local artisans - perfect for souvenirs! The knitters/crocheters tools and accessories are beautifully curated. If you're in Tucson, you need to stop by.
