Cashier made racist remarks when I was there this morning. I am not a Mexican nor from East LA, nor in a gang. I am from India. How many 55 yrs old men have been called an”essay”, I am educated and have friends some of them are Mexicans, who are well educated, we don’t talk that, I don’t think cashiers have a right to judge people just the way they look without knowing them or knowing about them. I honestly did not know what the word meant, I had to call my friend to find out. But still that kind of language is not excusable in a business where you are face to face with an actually person, her words made me react to my action simple as that.

I have to say, I heard nothing but good things about this place. My visit was not great though. I drove over 35 minutes to get there with pretty high expectations. The lighter I bought was broken and so I called over the phone and they say that even though they sold a broken item, all sales are final and there are no returns. Which is the first I've heard of that, which would make since for alcohol, but certainly not a lighter. The entire shopping experience for a cigar was being a bit ruined by the women at the counter talking about some guy and the relationship she had with him. It was really inappropriate and added to the poor experience.
Their cigar knowledge was awful and I did not leave feeling helped or satisfied.

All in all, I really wanted to like this place, after all a good friend recommended it and these reviews seemed great. Maybe it was just a poor experience. I'll update if I ever return, as they are unfortunately one of the only liquor/ cigar places in the area.

Super late review but last year my sister had a wedding in Sedona. I was in charge of providing the beer for the wedding. For months me and my sister had a plan that i was gonna pay for the beer and i was gonna deliver it to the venue the morning of. Fast forward day of the wedding me and my pops go to this liquor store that i honestly just chose because it was the closest and we went and bought some kegs for the party. We go to the venue and the venue lady lets us know that there was no kegs allowed. I was flabbergasted. I called Suzy Qs and let them know what was going on and they said there was no refunds on kegs. I was defeated i did not know what to do. I did not have more money to provide more beer. 5 minutes pass and i get a call from the store and it was the manager i again let them know what was going on. The manager was super understanding and allowed me to use store credit to provide beer for the wedding. The wedding was a success and an amazing memory and we got ****ed up!!! Shoutout to the owners Robert and Linda for rushing over to ensure we were taken care of. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment to any locals or visitors they have EVERYTHING you need to get jiggy. 10000 STARS 🫶🏼

This place is great for a quick stop to grab beer, wine and snacks. The staff is always super friendly. We come here whenever we are in town and they always have something for everyone in our group. This is a one stop shop. Oh, you can fill up your car with gas too!
