Hasan was very helpful. Our kitchen stove quit working 2 day before Christmas and Hasan sold us a stove and helped me load it into my truck. He was not able to deliver it until after Christmas and we needed a stove to cook Christmas dinner. There was a problem with the stove that turned out to be in our wiring. Before we discovered it was our problem and not a problem with the stove Hasan and his tech came 3 different days. I would highly recommend Rose appliance and Hasan. They couldn't have been more helpful. They made 3 service calls to our home and replaced any parts trying to fix our problem when it turned out to be a problem with our wiring. They were amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Hasan, of Rose Appliance is nothing short of amazing! He went above and beyond our expectations, and provided us with old world customer service.

After it was discovered that the part we needed was unavailable ( old dishwasher), he thought of an unconventional way to fix it, to save us money from buying a new one. His well intentioned associate came out, and tried something else that was more aesthetically pleasing, but unfortunately not effective.

When it didn’t work, Hasan himself came out, for no extra charge & fixed it!

Hasan came to our home after his last job, and left at 7:00pm. Although it had been a long day for him already, he took the time to do it right. I was concerned about aesthetics, since it was a makeshift plan. Hasan used a hair dryer to dry the wire that was painted black. He was courteous, kind, patient and very knowledgeable.

A different company may have tried to convince us to buy a new dishwasher, since Rose Appliance also sells them. Hasan was honest and went out of his way to save our dishwasher.

Moving forward, we will deal exclusively with Rose Appliance for sales and service. We highly and enthusiastically recommend Rose Appliance for all your appliance needs!

We had a Bosch dishwasher fail on us, and
Rose Appliances worked with Bosch to restore it to working order. It was a difficult problem to diagnose and fix due to interrelated problems, but Rose Appliances was persistent and fair in working with Bosch to get us back in working order.

Our dishwasher stopped draining. Called Rose, they were booked out about a week. That was expected. Came out on time (when scheduled). The service technician was friendly and very considerate. Troubleshooted the problem, ordered a new part, came back and installed it. I felt that; in today's day and age anyhow, the service charge and charge for the part and labor were fair. I'd call them again.

Rose Appliance is the best in Cottonwood. We bought a new refrigerator from them and are completely pleased. Hasun, the owner is honest and great to work with. He called us like he said he would when our item was ready for delivery. And then, Paul, who installed it for us was also exceptional in getting the new fridge up and running and solving problems along the way.

When I contacted Rose Appliance for an issue with my Whirlpool refrigerator, I found out that they were scheduling out a little bit. I actually found this encouraging, as this says to me that they are doing good work and are in demand.

The dispatcher was in consistent contact with me to ensure the appointment was still working with my schedule and called me the day of the appointment to confirm everything with me. Deo showed up right in the center of my estimated arrival window and was able to take care of my refrigerator issue completely.

It sometimes can feel like specialized services are a bit of crapshoot here in the Verde Valley, and I am more than happy to recommend businesses here that go out of their way to do things right. Thank you, Rose Appliance!

I love it when a hometown small business gives me a reason to write a rave review. The folks at Rose appliance did just that. I purchased a used appliance to get me by in a pinch. A small problem occurred just past the warranty date and the gentleman who sold me the appliance sent someone out to fix it under warranty anyway. They did a temporary fix while they ordered parts and made an additional trip to install the proper parts no charge. That’s good business, I will purchase my appliances from Rose from now on. They sell quality goods at a competitive price. Thanks for being awesome.
