Come here to experience the super-duper awesomeness of the most incredible gated community in all of Cottonwood! If you think you know all about gated communities, then you haven't seen nothing yet. Come over here and take a tour, check it out, and buy a place. They've got an amazing pool, they've got a giant Commons room that has these huge sliding glass doors, and they got two bocce ball courts... Oh yeah, they also got a golf course. 👊🤘

My Heavenly Place for sure! I feel like Ive never been anyplace else but in my Inspire Community. Safe and at Peace, finally.
Every experience in this New community has been perfect. Anywhere from Kathy Flinn and her care to the folks that operate Pine Shadow. It’s been an amazingly perfect life changing experience.

At 3500 ft. in altitude, On the Greens community affords excellent year round climate.

The summer nights are cool and winter days are crisp and sunny, with fabulous views of Mingus Mountain and the beautiful Red Rocks of Sedona.

Enjoy a round of golf on our 9 hole course which offers reduced rates for residents only.

Kathy and Bri are helpful and informative. The manufactured homes are very well made. And in an expensive housing market they represent a very good value. I plan to purchase one very soon.

Pleasant salesperson. Reasonable prices on units (all have attached garages) & typical lot rents. Place seems very well maintained. Community Center has indoor pool, bacci ball, etc.

Only go here for my hair cuts. Other than that, don't know much about the place except it's a very pretty gated community for retired people
