EDITED TO ADD: this used to be a five star review. It’s all been downhill since. They basically sold us a lemon, threw parts at it and then expected us to pay for all of it when we didn’t even have the car for a full month before it started having issues. They knew something was wrong when they sold it to us. I left a longer review on their Facebook page with all of the details and screenshots but unfortunately I don’t recommend doing business with them.

04/29/2025: I had to have the car repoed and the bank won’t even take it back because it’s not worth it. After less than six months of owning the vehicle and I can’t even voluntarily surrender it because it’s that much of a piece of trash. If you needed proof of it being a lemon there it is. So over $8000 that the bank itself wouldn’t take it back over will now be stuck on my credit.

Mark and his people are absolutely amazing. My car died on me last Sunday, and I just did the paperwork to pick up my new car today! Was able to drive home, and I’ve been celebrating having a car I can be proud of. They were friendly, amazing, and worked with me to get into an amazing car as soon as possible. If you need a recommendation for a place to get a vehicle or mechanic/repair services done, I HIGHLY recommend H2 Auto Sales in Cottonwood. They’re now located on 6th street, and they have a great selection of vehicles paired with stellar customer service. As well in some cases they can sometimes assist with application to financing program (with little to no credit) to aid in the purchase of a vehicle. I got my vehicle from them three years ago and have had it since.

I also sent a friend there before she moved and she got a Ford Expedition from them and has had it for two years.

Lastly, this year when my clutch went out, I brought my car to them because they also have a repair shop on property. They assisted with installation of my new clutch, as well as identified a couple other issues my vehicle had and fixed them. Now my car drives better than ever before! I am very grateful and will absolutely continue to come to them for future purchases and or maintenance services for my vehicle(s).

I can’t thank them enough for their above and beyond amazing customer service, both from the overall staff and the owner Mark, who have all been more than helpful and accommodating.
