This was my second time coming here, first at the bigger location. i had an awful experience, the sales associate was so kind and helpful but the woman in charge was pretty off putting and mean. I got walked in on in the fitting room, which from a previous review has happened before with no apology. My clothes were taken from me when waiting for a fitting room and put behind the counter and then i had to wait for her to be done with another customer in order to try on my dresses, i was followed the entire time, you can’t hold your leftovers or bring in water you can’t take photos of products. I was pretty disappointed also with their clothing selection, i’m not sure if anything has changed product wise but the quality has gone way down.

I went to pick out a dress, for my promotion! I found a great purple dress, and the service was great! The lady was so nice with helping me find exactly what I want!

Although some of the clothes were cute, the overall experience was really uncomfortable and upsetting because of the employees. They were constantly staring us down (maybe they thought we wanted to steal.. with no basis) and clearly suspected us of being underage even though we never showed any interest in the adult section downstairs, and yet still asked invasive and inappropriate questions. I left feeling harassed, ashamed, and embarrassed which is really unfortunate because most of the stores in Jerome have really nice employees.

Walked in, thought the socks were neat. Was about to take a pic and ask my friend which pair she would prefer. Clerk rudely said they don’t allow pictures in the store. Odd. Do better.

Uncomfortable from the beginning. First we are told we can’t take any pictures. Then we were in the downstairs section and the woman kept following us around. I asked if she could give us some privacy as we were looking at the adult toys and looked at me like I had 3 heads and said I can’t leave the floor. Then I said can you just go over there so we can look alone? Gave me an attitude so I just walked out. I was very uncomfortable there. Will not be back.

The service here is always amazing and friendly. I've always had my questions answered. The clothing is so cute and I got some of my favorite overalls here! Love this place!
