Affiliate with camden medical. The so called manager is worthless...always an excuse and just plain bad customer service. Then gets mad and starts yelling and ranting about their competition lincare...i wouldn't let my dog do business with him. Would give a negative star if I could.

I got a c pap machine November of 2023 and turned it in May 31 2024. They sent me a bill of 400 dollars and my insurance paid 80 percent also. In a little over 6 months the Cpap cost me out of pocket 670 dollars and no telling how much they actually charged my insurance. The machine was used and you can buy it new on the internet for 375 dollars. I turned my machine in to Marshalls and told them about it costing too much for six months. They said “that’s just the way it is and we can’t do anything about it.” But the lady was nice enough to tell me to have a great day before I left. These people and rotech will rob you and your insurance blind. And I’m pretty sure they don’t know what an itemized bill is. Every time I have asked for an itemized statement, they just send another bill with the full total with no breakdown of what it is for. I would love to be able to leave 0 stars, but in order to leave my opinion I have to give them at least 1. So in conclusion, I have no machine even though I have paid over $670 which online could have bought me two brand new ones.

I had previously posted a review that was not very good. I deleted that review because I felt I wasn't being fair. I received a call from James, who works in this office. It turns out it was all an insurance mistake, which was no fault of the company. He was very nice and explained to me what had happened. He didn't need to take time , but he did. He was very nice and corrected my account with the insurance company. I want to thank him for the time he took to explain everything to me. I would recommend him and his business to anyone in need of their services. Thank you, Sir, for all your help and sincere kind words.

I highly recommend Marshalls in magnolia AR. Always so patient, kind and very helpful. They explain everything in detail. They will answer any questions that you have. They also get you in and out I’ve never had to sit and wait long at all!
