So they where shut down for a while because of a re branding and the selection was slim but now they have a great selection of toys and lubes, super kind staff members as well! There's always something new in the store every time I go!

Customer service was good really helpful. Prices were outrageous you could get a package deal off temu or wish for less than what you would pay for one novelty item.

The employees were fine, but the store was VERY low in stock of actual adult items. There were G rated novelty products like candles, incense, and just funny items, but that's not anything I expected to see in a big building like this. So weird to be in there, I felt kind of scammed. However, I do remember reading some article that the city was trying to close this place, so maybe the empty store was a result of that trouble?

I was traveling down I-40 saw the sign and decided to stop by for a quick look around. The store is very bright and clean with a very large selection to choose from. The staff were polite and very knowledgeable on most of the product. Overall a very pleasant experience.

polite and courteous staff to this trans gal.
good and varied selection for what they stock.
plenty of side and fringe items as well, from naughty greeting cards to glass smokeware and even pro-grade BDSM stuff like leather double stitch mitts, cuffs, etc

only complaint is the distance itself, but that's my problem lol. Coming up 109 in the morning to see y'all right at open, though... It's a nice drive ^_^

The store is very clean and inviting. The staff are kind and willing to help and answer any questions you may have about any products you may be interested in. They have testers in place to give you an idea of what to expect and are very knowledgeable when it comes to the toys and pills that they offer. This will be my go to store from now on.
