My boyfriend called yesterday to make a delivery order to surprise me for my 31st birthday today with flowers. The women he spoke with was impatient and rude. He asked for the Blue Island which he was told they did not have, then he asked for the medium dish garden, which they also did not have. Then he asked if they could just do something similar to the blue island and in return he was told they would do something with roses. When someone wants to order their girlfriend ANYTHING but Valentine’s Day roses on their birthday and that’s what they get because the florist doesn’t even make an attempt to meet somewhere in the middle, it is very disappointing. Not to mention my boyfriend is very shy, sweet and kind. There is no rhyme nor reason anyone on the other end of a florist line should be too busy to help someone whose spending $$$ at their shop. Yes, roses are beautiful but when someone is not looking for roses at all, they know what their loved one likes and are only given roses for an option when calling a florist, this seems a bit silly. He also requested that the flowers be delivered this morning and they told him they did not have drivers. So the flowers were delivered at 1:00pm. No big deal but multiple issues trying to make someone’s day!

I did want to update this post and it wouldn’t give me the option to comment so I will here - they did show up to my house with a succulent arrangement more along the lines of his second choice of arrangement due to them not having the first one he chose from their website. I do appreciate the gesture to make it right! Thank you!

Service is always extremely helpful. They understand it’s hard to know what to do when you are hurting from loosing a loved one. They offer suggestions and provide options in such a respectful way. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for- purple and greens flowers for a man- - the lady was quick to say” then we will make it and it will be perfect” and it was. The live plants are always beautiful. It’s a great feeling knowing you can walk in - or call- and whatever you need will be done. We are blessed to have had them taking care of all of our needs- sad occasions and joyous ones all the same.

A fantastic experience! I called to place an order from out of state for a 50th wedding anniversary. Laura at the shop helped me right away, walked me through my options, and coordinated delivery. She even sent me photos of the arrangement ahead of delivery. The recipients were so very happy with the results. I definitely recommend.

Love’s did an outstanding job on the flowers for my mother’s funeral. They were exactly as I requested, but far exceeded my expectations. The florists at Love’s are extremely talented and creative. I always find them to be very congenial, professional and service-oriented.

We ordered a real flower spray for my father's casket and received silk. Almost a week later and we have yet to receive a call from the owner/manager with an apology or anything! I am already back in St. Louis, MO or else I would go there personally and let them know how disappointed we were.

In response to Love's response: Durability was NEVER discussed in our conversation. We pointed at the silk spray and told her we wanted that one but preferred real over silk. The lady told us they were similar prices, so again we stated we wanted that spray but with REAL flowers. Then, we discussed changing the ribbon. No where in that conversation did I, nor my sister, nor any of your employees talk about silk being more durable or any words remotely close to how well the flowers would hold up. I CLEARLY stated twice that I wanted real not silk. Also, as far as a second party being involved, you literally have a side door that connects to the funeral home (second party). If you really wanted to reach out to us, all you had to do was walk next door and ask them to call us! You darn sure went there to get your money from us didn't you? Try again with your fake apologies and sympathy! Btw, I'm a disabled Veteran and ex VA employee with honor and integrity. You might want to keep a closer eye on your bold-faced lying employees!
