I really enjoyed my experience the other day. I told them I was new at archery. They didn’t try to up sell me or sell me anything I didn’t need. Solid dude working there and seemed like a good bunch of guys. Better vibe than hook line and sinker. My wife also enjoyed her experience when she got me a gift card to JOOTTI. Again they didn’t try to sell her anything I didn’t need. Definitely is my new archery go to store.

Brand new to archery and they helped set my bow up and have continued to give solid advice and went beyond what is expected to do to help me make sure I’m doing everything properly. They are easily over an hour from where I live and I would 100% drive further than that to work with them.

Bought a fishing rod online from Joottie Outdoor’s website. I had questions prior to purchasing it and sent them a message beforehand. They answered promptly and I purchased the rod right away after confirming it was indeed in stock and on-sale. The rod arrived within 4 days of placing the order. The customer service was excellent and the shipping and delivery was perfect. Thanks for an awesome shopping experience. The next time I’m in Siloam Springs, I’ll be sure to stop by.

I took my 7 year old son in to get his bow set up. They got him all set and even gave him some shooting tips. These guys are top notch! I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THEY MAKE A MISTAKE AND ACT LIKE I WAS TO BLAME ! I Bought a fishing rod from Jootti through Amazon. I received said rod only to find out that it was much stiffer and smaller than expected. I requested a return and refund the appropriate way through Amazon. I checked off the reason as inaccurate website description because that was the only option that came close to why I was returning it.
( You have to choose one) Then I wrote in the comment section that I did not like the rod and the reasons why. The return was approved by Jootti and I printed out the pre paid return label and shipped the rod back. I received notice that the rod was delivered to them, and after waiting 3 days without a response, I contacted them. To my surprise they said they were deducting $50 shipping from the refund. I said that wasn't stated in anything I received and they should have denied the return and contacted me to explain that there would be charges if I returned it. That way I could have decided whether or not it was worth the shipping charge to send it back. I most likely would have just kept the rod. Actually, that policy should have been made clear PRIOR to the purchase on the advertisement because I would not have bought it. He said it would be "taken care of" and abruptly hung up on me. HUNG UP ON ME. Then a refund was issued minus $56. I have no proof that the shipping was actually that much.
I don't know who the gentleman was that I spoke to, but that is no way to treat a customer. He spoke to me like I was trying to rip him off or something. I did everything the way I was instructed to do. HE OBVIOUSLY DID NOT READ WHY I RETURNED THE ROD AND MISTAKENLY APPROVED THE RETURN!!! THEN MADE IT SEEM LIKE I WAS AT FAULT AND BEING UNREASONABLE!!!
If you buy anything online from this place and want to return it, be prepared to be treated like a thief..... Unbelievable.

These guy’s are the best. They let me test shoot several different bows until I found the right one for me. After buying my new bow they spent several hours working with me to set up my bow while giving me several great tips along the way.

I went to Jootti Outddors awhile back and it was an amazing experience! Very knowledgeable father and son. Great people! Spent time after hours working on my bow! I’m actually headed back right now to go get an issue worked out! Worth the drive!
