I was super excited because they advertised "Farm to Table" and "No Preservatives, No Additives", but when I got home, I realized they had an ingredients list for steaks. Which includes SUGAR, YEAST EXTRACT, NATURAL FLAVORS, and NATURAL FLAVORINGS. I have tried to contact them through FB and their website, but all I get is a 404 ERROR. #healinghumanity #carnivorediet #properhumandiet

Just received my order. More than half the meat was warm and spoiled. The dry ice had melted and the meat was not frozen. Tried calling 800 number provided several times, but always busy. Emails gone unanswered. Disgusting and disappointing. Will never trust another online good market again!// UPDATE: After obtaining the corrected email address from the company, they sent us a box of a similar order. We appreciate them trying to correct the problem, but the dry ice again arrived completely melted. However, this time most of the items were still frozen. The meats that we did keep and tried were good.

We were excited about the quantity of food we got for the price,but after consuming it now we know why it was so cheap. The chicken had a very weird texture no matter how we cooked it and it did not taste like chicken. More like some processed synthetic stuff. I always cut my steak against the grain and it was always in perfect line. I read and article about meat glue and now I know what they were talking about. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The last review I posted on Facebook was taken down and I was blocked from their Facebook page. Save your money and insides. There's a reason why their bundles are so cheap. I wouldn't even give them one star but that was the lowest I could give them

I subscribed to the Butchers Finest bundle and definitely do not regret it! It comes every 4 weeks packed with all of my favorite cuts of steak. I haven’t found this kind of quality in a meat delivery service ever, thanks Essential Foods Direct!

This is the big white refrigerated trucks that Park in parking lots throughout the United States with a huge banner on it that's says 20 Ribeyes for $40.

It's overpriced tough old cow meat that is cut super thin and been refrozen more than once. I made the mistake of buying the 20 Ribeyes for 40 dollars out of the back of their truck at a tractor supply parking lot in Cuero Texas this past weekend. I won't even let my dogs eating this stuff. With as thin as it is it comes out costing much more per pound than the stuff you would buy in the grocery store. Do yourself a favor and run from these trucks when you see them. It's not worth paying a lot more and making your family sick on this old tough meat that has been obviously refrozen many times.

I just did a search on Facebook and there's that same company using your name trashing your reputation claiming to be you.

Hey that company using your name and address claiming to be you essential foods direct is all over Facebook again having huge parking lot sells this weekend at about 20 to 30 different locations in their big white trucks. Just thought you might like to know before you start getting a wave of negative reviews since you claim those are not your trucks or your company and they are falsely claiming to be you.
