I called last minute to request flowers and candy bouquet for my daughter’s birthday. And she went above and beyond my expectations!! It wasn’t a candy bouquet but a giant basket that was to the rim full of different candy! The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful! Vibrant hot pink roses!! My daughter loved it! Thank you so much for being so accommodating and talented with your arrangements!

Bailey's Baskets & Bouquets is a marvelous business to find your next, wondrous gift for someone you care about! I was looking for local florists in Batesville, and came across Bailey's. Having only recently opened this year, I hope you all choose Bailey's for your next gifting ideas and support this fantastic business. Our experience was fabulous! They have a larger selection of floral and gift offerings than some of the other businesses in the area. Gift items are also unique, fresh ideas! The Customer Service was above-and-beyond! She was so kind, informative, helpful, patient, generous and just all-around great to talk to over the phone. She added items to the gift basket that weren't even in the original set of items! We were supposed to get 4 balloons, but she gave us FIVE! Dad was so happy to receive such a great gift basket! He said he has enough jerky to last a year! HAHA Delivery was same-day, and fast, for such a last-minute order. We appreciated that so much! Because it was local, there was no delivery fee, which was also amazing. She had an issue running the credit card, and contacted immediately, and was understanding and patient about having it resolved. Great Communication! Great Customer Service! Great Product! Thank you, Bailey's, for making our Dad's birthday really special!! 🙂

They delivered birthday flowers and balloons to my wife on Saturday. I ordered by phone. They sent me a picture of the arrangement by text before delivering. She was so surprised and loved how beautiful the arrangement was. Great job, thank you so much.

Received excellent service. Ordered a flower bouquet last minute for the arrival of my new grand-baby. Adrianne made and delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers with added baby supplies throughout the bouquet. My daughter loved them.

I love Adrianne! I needed flowers sent to a visitation and not only did she create the perfect arrangement, but she also took it upon herself to find the service times because I was about to send the flowers a day late! Not many people would pay that much attention to detail, but she does in every aspect!
