This place has def gone downhill fast. Customer service is terrible, and I don't think they have any idea of how to run a business. No greeting, no "how can I help you", or "are you looking for anything particular?"

Nope, they just sitting there on the computer, or their phones until you decide to come up to the counter and ask them a question. Then you get the standard eye roll, and "no, can't do anything for you" answer.

I've been here many times, and have bought a majority of my collection here since they opened trying to support them as a local business.

When they first opened, used to always give them first opportunity to help me with my sneaker fix, but now with the weird hours, and poor customer service, won't be going back. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Finally, their pricing is rather high, and there are other similar shops with same selection, better customer service, and better pricing.
