Had an excellent experience purchasing my first e-bike here! Did my research, knew what I wanted - and CycleCity verified my decision but still reviewed any options I may have may have missed. Came here as it’s local in Alameda and can come back for repairs etc.

Pickup was smooth and gave me a full tutorial of the bike and made sure it was the right size and fit! Love my bike! Thank you!

David and Harry sold me a great new hybrid Trek, after I wore out my first one. It's red not black or gray and makes me want to ride. I am a bike commuter and ride daily.

David knew exactly what items to recommend for each of my general questions, whether about security or cargo capability.

Harry fit my new bike to me patiently and efficiently and helped me outfit it. David even helped me decide which parts to keep off my old bike and helped me locate bike donation shops for the old bike. Very happy to help somebody in need get wheels. See the picture?

I love how comfortable and authentic the shop feels, in a 100 year old building with a gallery. Across from stunning, historic Lincoln Park with its' redwoods.

Cycle City even let me put this great Trek on lay away.

I like the fact that your mechanics are also enthusiasts, and know their stuff. I came in with a carbon frame looking to have a BB installed and not only helped me install BB and new cranks, and also went the extra step filled up my fork/shock, tires and possibly added a little bit of tubeless sealant (I noticed the extra care, and didn’t even tell me). Indicated a Tuesday pickup but did me a solid and found time and fixed the next day. Really went above and beyond, and why I keep coming back here. Thank you!
