I’ve been purchasing from the online store for several years. I left the country to serve pregnant and postpartum mothers in Ghana and forgot I had an $80 credit with Spoiled which expired while I was away. I called (3 weeks after the expiration) to ask if they would honor my credit and they declined. As a frequent buyer, this is really disappointing. I love supporting Black businesses, especially Black women-owned businesses, and I wish we, collectively, would do better about showing loyal customers grace and support. As a Black woman business owner myself, I understand, and am very intentional about being considerate of the ways life happens. Not that the owner cares about my lil $80 when she has Tabitha Brown rocking her pieces…but the little people matter just as much. I enjoyed the fun pieces Spoiled offered, and I’m sad I have to withdraw my support for this company. But I work hard for my lil coins and I don’t feel my years of being a repeat customer were appreciated or at best acknowledged in this instance. It’s less about the money and more about the principle. Let’s treat each other better.

I have purchased lots of items for my daughter mostly for her bday and during the holidays. I have never gone wrong with a gift from there my daughter (23 years old) simply loves everything I get and thinks I have wonderful taste. The owner/boutique rep is wonderful she listens and she can help you style something for every kind of event.

As a man, I've bought many accessories for the ladies of my family, church, and friends. They all LOVED the earrings! However, should you need a nice dress, earrings, or something fashion forward, I go here.

I'm willing to wager this place my be a get out of doghouse free card ;). Jokes aside, I wholeheartedly recommend this place, as the owner is a wonderful woman of compassion and will. That alone garners 5 stars.

Have you ever had someone in a professional/business setting send you a reply with CAPs and Exclamation marks

She privately insulted me but shared my video with a public apology.She can keep that..fake 😂😂The owner tried to make it appear we had an issue with the store policy. That wasn't the case. We made it clear the issue was, her staff did not properly or professionally enforce the policy and their actions offended us. We have shopped with this boutique before.We know the rules.The stand in manager Nisa and/or co worker,Martha never asked if we knew the policies, just assumed we were breaking the rules.There wasn't a sign anywhere reminding customers of their picture wall policy.We respect & take into consideration the policies held in any store. Lastly, when we came back into the store minutes later to return the item we just had purchased,the 2 employees were talking extremely loud about us & the incident😂😂.Unfortunately,The excitement was taken from the visit. It no longer felt right to keep the item & patronize a business who minimizes you or your experience. We wasn't able to get a refund.Stuck with a store credit of $141( that was for one item) that can only be used online.😂😂🤦🏾‍♀️
The receipt does not have a proper breakdown of the cost & taxes.Thats curious. 🤔🤔#Suspect💯

I walked into the new area that they have on Frank Ogawa and it was nothing like when they were on Broadway, there was a woman there she was expecting a . Thank you thank you ponytails she neither said hello when I walked in nor asked she could help me. So,I patiently looked around and walked out. tThat type of service is not needed
