I bought a beautiful “Northern Lights” bracelet during a brief visit to Skagway. Unfortunately, within a day, one of the gemstones fell out. I contacted Jewelry Land when I was in the next port and they responded almost immediately. I ended up shipping the bracelet back when I got home and they repaired it for me. The customer service was wonderful and I appreciate the timely fix.

We are on a cruise trip to Alaska. We came to Skagway and found this store. They have a huge collection of jewelry and huge discount on Tanzanite jewelry. They treated us very well. We bought some jewelry. If you are around, you can visit this store.

Zahid is one of the friendliest people on earth. He is incredibly helpful and has some incredible jewelry on display at the store in Skagway. Yes we went on an Alaskan cruise with RC and Skagway was one of the stops. My wife loves to look at jewelry and we ended up purchasing 5 items from them: 1 4 carrot marquise (with 1 carrot of surrounding diamonds) diamond ring, 1 Men's Tanzanite ring, 1 Men's diamond and black onyx band, 1 women's pink and white sapphire ring and 1 very elegant women's diamond bracelet. We love all of the pieces and have had tons of complements on all of the jewelry from lots of people (especially on the marquise diamond). I absolutely recommend Jewelry Land and Zahid (and his family). If you are in Skagway I strongly urge you to stop in and chat with them. They are all so friendly and incredibly helpful!!!

If you come to Alaska definitely put them on your to do like. I have come here for the last 2 years and if I come to Alaska I'll be here for the 3rd time. They are family, the best kind. If you want the best service and price you have to pay them a visit. Best prices and service in All Alaska.

I bought a ring from this company. 2 weeks later a stone fell out. They addressed it right away. It's smaller,but pretty. They also sent me a nice necklace and earrings. Unfortunately, I couldn't go into the store since it's in Alaska and I live in Ohio.

I was recently in Skagway with my daughter and went into Jewelry Land to browse. I found a ring that I really liked and it had 8 diamonds on it, four on each side of a beautiful stone. Two days after while on my cruise I noticed I had lost two of the diamond s. Contacted Zahid and he was wonderful!! I shipped the ring back to him, he not only replaced my two diamonds but also when he sent it back to me today, he included a very pretty necklace and single stone Alaskan Night earrings. He could very well have just ignored my message, but he is a very honest and honorable man that I would highly recommend!!
