A few weeks ago I bought a queen bed frame, mattress, and adjustable base. Grey is an absolute expert in his field and took great care of me while being very patient and was definitely making sure I got the most bang for my buck. He’s also very personable too. This location is the best place to buy a new bed.
P.S. the remote controlled adjustable base is 100% worth the extra cost!

I recently went to shop for a new Casper mattress here and the sales reps' knowledge and expertise was extremely helpful in helping me make a decision about which kind of mattress to get. They listened to my needs and really took time to answer all my questions in a no-pressure way. Unfortunately I ended up buying a used mattress because the cost was a bit out of reach for me, but I really appreciate the level of customer service here and I'll keep them in mind if I ever need a new mattress in the future. Jackson, in Alameda, helped us pick out the right bed. He was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and knew what would be best for us based on our different sleeping difficulties and body aches. He was very patient with us, giving us plenty of time to try out and explain the differences and advantages and disadvantages of the different mattresses he had us try, then he would walk away and give us about 5 minutes alone on the mattress to get comfortable with it and see how it felt. Based on our responses, he would then choose another for us to try, to help us decide which was best for us. We were there probably 2 hours, and he never indicated any irritation or pressure for us to make up our minds. He wanted to be sure we were satisfied with our choice. Our original plan was to try 2 other stores with very different types of beds the next day, but decided, Jackson’s help, that Mancini’s had what we needed and purchased the bed right then. It is to be delivered in only 3 days. Thank you Mancini’s for such a knowledgeable and patient staff who really cares about the comfort of the customer and not just making a sale

Great experience at Alameda Mancini’s Sleepworld. Their knowledge and experience helped my wife and I make a decision on a mattress and figure out the best deal possible so we could purchase this luxurious mattress. Jackson, our sales person, was knowledgeable, polite, and patient when he showed us mattresses and various adjustable bases. He dos not rush or push us to make a decision. We requested pillow covers and he provided them gladly. Mancini had a large variety of mattresses to try and choose from. We were very satisfied with the experience with them.

I highly recommend Gray's customer service. He struck the right balance of providing information and space to think. I didn't feel pressured or like I was being up-sold. Gray was patient with my many questions (some of which I asked multiple times.) I even went back a day later and spent half an hour testing my top pick to be sure of my decision. I made a mistake when checking out and Gray was again patient and understanding. Raquel the store manager was also helpful and not annoyed when she was pulled in. Delivery guys were efficient, respectful, and also able to answer my questions.
