Milano Diamond Gallery is very clean and has beautiful jewelry. I had gone in to look but was greeted by Danny who ended up selling me a lovely pendant. I felt a bit of pressure to buy. I was on a cruise so I had to decide quickly. Before going into these jewelry stores make sure you know your prices. Nevertheless, everyone was helpful and overall the experience certainly was good. They have accessible ♿️ entrance doors and room for a wheelchair to move around in the store; located in a beautiful area.

Visiting from Texas via Carnival Spirit. We were the first customers of the day.
We bought the dancing pendant and the display case for the free coins that we picked up at the other locations in Juneau and Ketchikan.
Cute town.

shonky jewllery, purchased a $2000 ring within 2 weeks two diamonds have fallen out. We are from Australia and there is no assistance to repair - being told to ship to USA and they will fix AT MY COST ( 500).
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY FROM THIS STORE> Not a happy ending to a great trip

Bought a beautiful set at a good price. Hermant and his team were kind, accommodating, and not pushy while still making sure I had seen everything they had to offer in the colors I wanted. I’ll buy from them again when I make it back to AK.

Pushy sales person, couldn't seem to understand I only wear custom made jewlery. Only time purcahse anything not custom is if I know I love it. Asking to show me a "custom case" is not custom jewelery. Custom means I sit with you design it, it gets made and I receive the product I want. Won't ever purchase from any of their stores.
