This is a hidden gem....If you care about your cycling equipment and the investment you have made; I would not take your bike to any other shop!! Mani and Chary have in depth knowledge of all high-end equipment and gear; expert/professional grade mechanics who have many years of high level cycling understanding. Another local shop almost ruined my Wilier frame with the wrong bottom bracket; Chary and Mani caught it and got me the right part. It's the coolest cycling boutique around; there is no other shop like this one, tons of cool bikes and parts. I will be purchasing my next frame, (LOOK) from here; I will never go to any other shop ever again!! Great customer service and professional level mechanics...Thank you gentlemen!!

Great little bicycle shop with excellent customer service and value pricing. These guys did what nobody else would consider. They custom cut some spokes for me and we're ready to pick up in an hour and a great price to top it off. This is a hidden gem of a shop. *5 Thumbs up from me.👍👍👍👍👍

Had an idea of what I wanted in a bike but wasn’t sure where to start. Met with them and they made a couple of suggestions. I took their advice ordered the bike... they were spot on! They took the time to really understand what I wanted and more importantly needed for my type of riding. I will only work with these guys for all my bike needs! Great shop!

Really disappointed with the customer service. Took the day off of work because there not open on weekends, store is open but they cannot sell me anything. Drove 60 miles and was told to come back on Monday, that's pretty sad to do to someone willing to spend $500+ on a single pair of shoes. Definitely won't be doing business with them. Should have not taken a chance on trying a new shop and stuck with always reliable Velo Passadena!
