I want to start by saying the product itself is great. However, the customer support experience has been consistently disappointing. Since purchasing and receiving my lasers, I’ve sent multiple texts and emails with little to no response. I've had to follow up repeatedly via phone and additional messages just to receive generic replies.

Given the significant investment these products represent, the lack of responsive support is frustrating and concerning. I work closely with a network of over 40 practices, and based on my current experience, I will be recommending to upper management that we explore alternative products with more reliable and supportive customer service than what we've experienced with Biolase.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would prefer to have confidence in continuing a long-term partnership.

Ilase Pen bought 6 years ago, needs battery replacement. Biolase reply: the product is discontinued, we’ll made you an offer for a new one. So, 3,5k spent 6 years ago, now need to spend 6k once again.
Find a fair company for your laser acquisition, not Biolase…

I purchased this laser almost two years ago. The maintenance was taken over by me as it kept breaking. It has been broken 7 times in two years. I am stuck with a bad product. Do not buy!
