I shop at the mall often and stop by to pick up items here and there at this boutique. My last purchase was with Teresa! She was extremely kind, helpful and sent me a thank you card after my last visit 🙂 I really appreciate this and find it very sweet. I have several colorful classic flaps and finally wanted to purchase a one in black🖤 I am so happy with my bag and will absolutely be back soon to purchase another bag with her. Hoping for some of the items dropping in the Fall and future collections.

Didn’t have an appointment, but the wait was short. SA that assisted me was serious, straightforward, honest, and helpful. I knew which bag I wanted, but unfortunately the color wasn’t in stock. I asked her if she can order it for me and she checked if there were some around. She asked if I have a profile with them and I said no. Then she told me to go to the location that might have it and to see it in person (possibly didn’t want to order it for me because I am a first time buyer. That’s fine because it’s not meant to be.) I drove straight to the location she said the bag might be available. The SA there was super friendly and sweet. We clicked and had a lot in common. I was impressed with their service and it was a nice experience. The bag was available and they congratulated me for my first Chanel bag purchase. 🥰

Arrived barely past seven (they close at eight) and there was a line (five or six people?) in front of the store possibly because of the recent 40% off sale, since I have not seen lines in front of Chanel for a while.

Was told that the line is closed for the day and an old woman maybe the manager walked out and told me to come back at 10 tomorrow. I drove an hour to be here all turned out to be a waste of time. Was disappointed and walked away then was greeted with an arrogant “thank you” from this old woman.

I have bought several bags at this location and this experience makes me never gonna buy any Chanel anymore. Chanel does not respect people’s time and love, let alone in recent years raising their prices up to a level comparable to Hermes but quality not comparable any other luxury brand. Get out of the game, my folks, and go get something that’s way much more worth it!

Visited this weekend with family to purchase a gift for mother day. They have a lot of great selection in store but quite limited in quantity. We were able to make a purchase with sale rep Lani’s assistance. Overall, we had a great shopping experience.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Chanel boutique at South Coast Plaza. My husband and I visited to return a perfume that didn’t work for me, but instead of receiving helpful or polite service, we were met with rude and unprofessional staff. The attitude we were shown was both uncomfortable and dismissive, making what should have been a simple return process feel like an ordeal. Given Chanel’s reputation for luxury and customer service, I was shocked by the lack of courtesy and respect we received. After this experience, I will never consider shopping at Chanel again.

I have been a VIP client at Chanel boutiques across multiple countries, but after relocating, I was told that none of my previous purchase history could be linked to the CHANEL South Coast Plaza Store. It was as if my long-term loyalty to the brand meant absolutely nothing. For a global luxury brand, this is an unacceptable way to treat its clients.

The in-store experience was even worse. Erika, the sales associate, barely made an effort to showcase products and had a dismissive attitude. How can she decide how much I’m going to spend before I even make a decision? Chanel clients expect an elevated shopping experience, yet this store seems to specialize in discouraging people from making purchases.

If Chanel truly values its VIP clientele and brand reputation, this issue must be addressed immediately.

I never buy it again.
If you want to buy Chanel brand because of brand okay, but if want to buy Chanel brand because of quality DO NOT buy. Quality is really poor and cheap for this price. I bought these earrings exactly 6 months ago. I’m not wearing them every day and I don't even wear them in the shower etc…
I saw already after 3 months sign of damage. So It's up to you whether you prefer brand or quality. Because for that price you can buy really high-quality jewelry somewhere else.

Had an amazing time with Austin. He went above and beyond compared to any other SA at other locations I've been to and even other luxury brands. He asked what I had in mind and went with it and pulled all kinds of styles. Same thing for shoes. This location had a great selection. Austin is also super responsive and I was able to set up an appointment therefore I didn't have to wait. Next time I'm in town I will definitely be back with him.
