Bad service by head office, shipping and refunds/accounts dep. Ordered online early Dec 2024 to get gift by dec 25. Nothing arrived. I went to store to cancel and get refund, they said its on the way and cant cancel. I called 2 weeks later. They said it never left and is out of stock. I asked for refund, they said its a long process and they will try and call me back with an update. This latest til Mid March after 7 calls when I finally got a check. Not professional. Not cool!!
Update: they DID Send a Porchse mug as a gift via fedex. That gesture was appreciated.

What an amazing store! Why don't more highline automobile makers have stores like this?
OOHHHH.... I KNOW WHY!
Because Porsche is the BEST vehicle in the world! THAT'S why!
They have the best, to of the line products here with unsurpassed quality!
AND... ALL of the employees are SO nice! One of the ladies that works there was SO kind! When I asked her if they had bottles of water, she went out to the mall's concierge desk and got my daughter and I each a nice cold bottle of water. She was SO sweet.
My daughter ended up buying me the cologne that you see in the picture for a Father's Day gift. 🎁 I love it!
They always have a really cool car in the store as well, and everything else that's for sell in the store is amazing.
I don't really know what else to say other than, you really need to go visit this store in South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa.

Visiting from Australia with my two sons, 6 and 8. We were all bored to tears waiting for their Mother and sisters to shop and the male worker in the store ( can't remember his name ) invited my boys in and spend a large amount of time going around every item in the store. What I liked most is that know they have a watch to match the Porsche. Friendly staff and I am going to buy a leather jacket the next time I go to this store.
