I had been looking for a jogging stroller for quite some time. I was looking for high quality for a good price and this store had a price I couldn’t refuse! Practically a brand new Joovy for 118! For a family trying to make it in this economy I was very excited to see the stroller I wanted for that price. Also my son was very fussy, the lady offered him fidget spinners and a toy car to keep him busy while I looked. She also helped me load up my car after! My experience was fantastic and I was grateful for the lady’s help!

Came looking for some boy clothes and found exactly what I needed. Although they do not sell clothes, they had a few leftover pieces to sell. I was pleasantly surprised by their huge collection of baby items: car seats, high chairs, strollers, and toys all in incredible condition. They offer professional stroller and seat cleaning as well. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

Horrible customer service. There were a few items I drove over and hr to buy, but the store attendant was rude. I asked questions and the answer was I don’t know and she literally shoved all the items I was looking at back into the shelves… I was comparing two items… I chose to leave rather than deal w her horrible attitude . Not looking for freebies or hook ups. Just weighing the convenience of one item vs the other.

I went a couple of weeks ago to this store after following them on Instagram and purchased an item over the phone. The owner of the store is very nice and the prices are really good. I wish I found this place sooner!

I really loved my experience there today! I assume I was working with the owner, and she was lovely. She gave my son attention and she helped me select the best items for my son according to his developmental level. She shared a lot of information that I really needed and wanted to hear about dishwashers and microwaves too, because I was using those on occasion but I really should never use those and now I won't thanks to her gentle comments. I love the item she recommended. I was looking for the bumbo but she told me why the Fisher Price Sit Me Up Floor Seat was going to be a better fit and they were the same price so obviously I went with her recommendation and my son LOVES IT!

One of the best kept secrets for high end baby gear in SoCal. Great for strollers, car seats, bouncers, etc. I’ve purchased a few items from her and have been really satisfied. Check out her Instagram for the latest items and prices. If you’re looking for rock bottom prices on clothes, this probably isn’t the place. Her items tend to be on the nicer end and a few dollars more than other resale stores.

Love this store! It's gently used & new baby and toddler items. Great prices, clean items, high quality items. Definitely worth saving money and buying here. Best part is when your child grows out of something and it's still in great condition you can take it down to Jolly Tots and the owner will but it off of you right there on the spot. No commission and having to wait till you item sells before you get the cash. The owner is a wonderful lady. She is very knowledgeable, really knows her stuff when it comes to kid stuff!

Watch out - sales are final (and it’s not cheap)

I had to find out the hard way that all sales are final. I bought an umbrella stroller for our trip to Europe. But after 5 days I changed my mind about my purchase (I had found a better and cheaper one, brand new on Amazon). I wanted to return the stroller but the owner had closed the store for 6 days. When I went back after those 6 days, the owner said that she couldn’t give me a full refund (full refund only for 7 days...but...she was gone?!?!). I am very disappointed, I paid $123.91 and only got $80 so I lost $43 for not even having used the stroller once.

Rating - one star for how clean the store is and one star for the selection (or is that a bad sign because sales are bad?)

Conclusion: it’s not worth it to buy from this store because it’s not really cheap. I’d rather pay the full price for something new and have good service.
