I went to Cupid’s Closet LAX for a warranty question on my rabbit. Madison not only explained to me the process but she actually helped me step by step in submitting my request for a product replacement from the rabbit company. Madison also answered all my other questions regarding different sex toys. She provided exceptional and very friendly customer service. If you’re looking for a sex shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff, go to Cupid’s closet and look for Madison.

January made my vday my shopping experience, comfortable, and even delightful. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. I walked away feeling like I had really hit the nail on the head for what I needed!
