Been to this store twice now and despite all the talk, we found the staff here to be really friendly and attentive. Even had our 6 and 8 year old with us cos we’re on vacation and they made us/them feel very welcome. They were helpful with sizing and took effort in providing a friendly and accommodating retail experience. Cool fit out!

Cool products and store but they don't let you actually try anything on...? Such a bizarre experience given the price point. I didn't have any make up on and specified that to the sales assistant who checked with their manager and said, "sorry can't do". Guess I'll be spending with another brand

They have a 3 day return/exchange policy... Even during the holidays. Add to that the employees are notoriously full of themselves. Please support any other clothing business except Cherry LA.

Forget my previous review. They are rude, entitled, and lazy! Quality of clothing is ok prices are absurd and don’t even try ordering online it won’t come for months AND don’t bother calling, they are so lazy they don’t know how to answer their phone when NO ONE IS IN THE STORE. Horrible stay away I hope they go out of business

I’ve followed this brand for a year. I’m giving them three stars because I actually love their product, especially the items I purchased. That said, the employees here act as if you’re inconveniencing them if you dare ask for anything (which kind of goes against the whole selling concept).

This is a showroom with all sizes in back, so I can’t exactly help myself, that’s kind of what the employees are there for.

I traveled from Dallas, and this was one of the first places on my list, so I knew for sure I was coming in to spend money, and I spent $375 on two tees and pair of shorts in all of 10 minutes (if that), one of those tees was out of stock in my size — I asked the sales associate if the fit was consistent between both tees I wanted, to which he replied yes, and that’s when I thought he (the salesperson) would say “we can order it and have it shipped to you”, as good salespeople do. He didn’t, so I put on my old retail hat and took control of my own experience.

Ultimately, I think it’s lost on them how terrible their service is. The only gain for me is I now know my sizing across their product offering, and I can shop them online, but I never need to walk back into that store again.

Once the sales associate got over himself and engaged me like a real human, he mentioned that the company was looking to expand its brick and mortar presence outside of LA, and that Texas was on their radar—my advice? Hire a Director of Stores/Guest Experience — we don’t shop bad service in TX.

Excellent quality clothing with a strong Americana aesthetic. Respect when brands put attention to their construction & materials. Everything in store was made in USA as well.
