Machi and Natalee were very helpful. They gave detailed information regarding the purchase process and answered all my questions. They both were very courteous and professional. I am a first time buyer, and did not know what to expect. My assumptions were not what I encountered. Machi walked me through the process and made sure to "translate" the language used into something a common man can understand. Of course, the fact that I better understood the process led to many questions, and Machi carefully walked me through the answers. Natalee did a wonderful job following up and verifying the purchase.
