Horrible Service. After the new Indian owners took over, their service went to complete trash. They steal money even after you cancelled the subscription. Customer service is horrible. Billing is horrible. I have recently signed up with orders.co, their service is amazing. Customer service is good and don’t steal money.

If you own a business I highly don’t recommend using ordermark as your integration system. Customer service is horrible and billing department is worse. Switched to Otter and their platform is much more user friendly and customer service is up to par.

Worst POS integration ever. They steal your money. After I cancelled the services because of horrible functioning, I returned the equipment and they still charged me $600 and also charged me for the month after the cancellation. Don't do it.

I cannot thank Nimita enough who helped me with everything from start to finish...from getting the transfer of ownership to getting the tablet set up and the integration of the ordering platforms! She is amazing, attentive and will call you to follow up on everything from start to finish. NIMITA you are the BEST! Ordermark is very easy to use for managing orders and menus, and their customer service is aways reachable and very helpful.

I am not sure what is going on with Ordermark, but I would stay away until they get their act together. I was using them for a while and they were good and my rep, Jordan, was very attentive. I decided to integrate two of my 3rd-party ordering apps to Square so I decided to not use Ordermark anymore.

I spoke with someone and they helped me integrate my apps out of Ordermark, but they never cancelled any of my cafes. I sent numerous emails, chat sessions and calls. Still getting charged two months later.

The service was great when I was using it, but since my rep left the company, it is hard to get any customer service. Something has to be going on with the company.

Update - still dealing with them. We sent all of the equipment back and they keep telling us to send the equipment. They even went and charged my account $200 when we sent all the equipment back and we have the tracking information to prove it. NO ONE ANSWERS ANY OF MY EMAILS OR CALLS!
