Don't ever by from Samsung. They are one of the worse ones to deal with, so frustrating and painful. There is no one locally available to speak with, all the calls are routed to overseas.....
Don't ever deal with this company, I regretted it so much and there is no customer service. The brand-new high-end TV that they delivered was defective with no screen (burned panel back light), waited over a month for my TV, still the replacement TV has not be delivered. Their delivery company (RXO) sucks and is just as disappointing and as terrible as Samsung is. I will never buy Samsung products again; I am done with them. My experience with them has been extremely frustrating, painful and un-American. No more Samsung.....

Not happy with samsung zfold 4 phone they broke really fast my daughter and my husband zfold 4 phone are black screen. Now the phone won't turn it screen on and went to spectrum and they couldn't anything about it try doing it also by claiming a file but wanted to charge me 450.00 that's not cool I'm very disappointed with the zfold 4phone I want my money back for what I paid for the phone which was 1700 thanks or ill sue thank you

I do not think this is ethical or morally right, I bought a TV with Samsung,since my tv that I bought about 3yrs ago w Best Buy; the screen went blank, so i decided to get another directly with Samsung. (Mistake) the new tv was not inspected upon delivery, the technician didn’t open the box, where the technician left the tv that’s where it was left, untouched. I was informed that someone would come to mount the tv and no one ever came, I waited about 2 weeks before i decided to do the installation myself and upon opening the box I notice these very broken screens/ pieces from the bottom of the tv. I am not sure who to talk to regarding this issue, but I don’t think it’s ethically appropriate to pay for a broken product that was damaged before being delivered to me!
Now I have 2 Samsung TV’s that don’t work, one with a blank screen and another broken damaged tv! At least give me a full refund for the purchase of the tv that was delivered damaged.

People have to stop buying this Brand. I take five days with their student-more-ways to save, and find out it's a Gimmick. Called their Corporate office number, which is same as their customer service number, no one answered. Am prompted again to communicate through email where I have been communicating for all these days, and they will drop your communication without letting you know what's going on. Then you start all OVER again with another agent to whom you have to explain your concerns all over again. Ask for a supervisor, and they tell me there's none. This people need to get some Class Action brought against them.

They delivered the refrigerator with the 3rd party called XPO but they just delivered my refrigerator and have not installed it yet!!!!!!
I have been calling many numbers they suggested they said would help. But no one came to my house and It’s been 15 days since the fridge delivered.

The refrigerator has been sitting in the middle of my kitchen like a coffin doing NOTHING!
WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE PUCHASE A REFRIGERATOR FROM SAMSUNG WEBSITE!!! BAD SERVICES!!!!!
IRRESPONSIBLE!!!

If I could rip out these appliances (dishwasher range, microwave, and refrigerator) and replace them I would. I submitted a dispute to have the warranty date corrected. Two appliance warranties were updated to 2 years after order, one appliance warranty was updated to two years after installation, and the response for the other appliance was that I did not submit sufficient information. I called and was told that none of those answers were correct and that it was 2 years after delivery. I was told the warranties were updated, but I would ne see it reflected on my Samsung product page. Another representative said it would update in a few hours. A day later, it was not updated and I called again only to be told its 2 years after date of purchase, then spoke to a supervisor who said 2 years after delivery but he couldn't fix it. He said he would get warranty staff on the line. I got disconnected. Despite the representative taking my number in case we were disconnected, he did not call me back. I've spent 4-5 hours on this mess.

So I placed an order for a new dishwasher last year (2022)and was told that it would be shipped in February 2023. I attempted to cancel the order twice and was told by a service representative that they were unable to help me and the only way to resolve this was to refuse delivery. I was a bit confused but agreed to this.

Fast forward to February and I received a call from the shipping service that they were going to deliver the dishwasher. I explained to the person on the phone my predicament and refused to accept delivery. This was noted and no delivery was made.

I then received a bill from Samsung Finance for the dishwasher that was never delivered. I reached out to Samsung customer service and they said they would look into it. I have yet to receive a reply to my inquiry and have also sent multiple emails about the billing and what was being done about it. Each time I receive the same answer:

So basically I am paying for a dishwasher that I never received and their customer service is replying to inquiries with a form letter. Although I hate placing these type of reviews online I feel that this is one that I must do to warm other consumers.

Horrible customer service if you purchase through their online store. Bought a tv with wall mount that can't be used and doesn't fit the tv. Trying to return it is like pulling teeth and it's expensive! The customer service is outside the US and doesn't seem to know anything. All I need is a return label for this little box and can get nowhere. And the return window is very limited. I can say we won't buy anything else from Samsung.
