DJ and Natalie were the absolute greatest! They should receive a bonus and major accolades from the owner of this store. This was the fourth Ace Hardware I had visited yesterday, and both went above and beyond to assist me in finding a part I needed. Natalie called a neighboring store to have the part pulled and placed at the counter after finding on the computer that they had two in stock. Even though this store does not have a slot or label for a CPVC 3/4" transition adapter, both employees told me that I could call for any part I needed and they would assist me in my search. The store was clean, and these two employees were outstanding with professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. Kudos to Floyd's for hiring these brilliant assets to be a part of their company.

Some of the absolute best people in the world work here. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. And such a great selection for a smaller hardware store. I’d go here over Lowe’s and home depot 99 times out of 100.

Went for traeger pellets and rub . Found all the flavors I wanted and more. Cashier was very helpful and even asked if I was a veteran so I could get a discount. Very helpful staff

Went in there tonight to get a seal kit for a delta faucet. You know the ones with the seat and springs. Bought the same kit at the ace on Estrella pkwy last night for 3.45 they didn’t have two more so I went to this location. They had the kit at 9.99 asked a manger if they price match. NO. This was from the middle eastern looking guy mid to late 20’s didn’t get his name. This location used to be probably the best one in town apparently their standards have slipped. Yes I had my receipt from the other store.

Very nice, big, "little" hardware store. Surprisingly large assortment of items. Pretty good prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not all the big items would would find at a Lowes or Home Depot, but more variety of the smaller, everyday items you might want. Not as good power tool selection. I'll be back.

George at Ace made my day today! I brought a handle in from my shower thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. George Explain to me that it was a simple fix.And I didn't have to buy a new one. THIS, Is why I go to ace instead of any of the other larjer hardware stores. This location here is my favorite. I just recently had my house window screens done, I told my neighbor about the great job that was done and she decided to have her done also. I say that it's good old-fashioned Customer service the way we used to have years ago. Thank you floyd's Ace hardware and thank you george!
