Cant follow simple directions, called wanted insurance one day to transport a vehicle I bought. Get a bill for a months worth of insurance I didnt need . Had to fight to get my money back. Then acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me my money back when they screwed up. Now march 27 I get new insurance cards for a policy I cancelled on February 24th. Here we go again.
