Great service and fair pricing. Had my pool cleaner rebuilt and got a much cheaper price than buying a new. They gave me the pros and cons of both options instead of just trying to sell me a new one. I drive 20 minutes past a popular pool supply company because Litchfield Park pool is in it to help people and not all about getting the most money they can from someone.

I do not recommend them for any in home services or quotes. I have used this business for all my pool supplies and advice for over 10 years and after today I will never go back. A while back I went there to get some advice on some pool plumbing issues and they offered to send someone out for a quote. Before actually setting up a time for someone to come out I talked to 3 different employees and not one person mentioned you have to pay for the quote no matter what. My fault, I should have asked but I have never paid for a quote that the company was not up front about. Usually, it is posted that you have to pay. The rep was at my house less than 15 minutes and exaggerated the quote by almost 3X the amount it should have been. Estimated nearly $150 in parts and 2 hours of work. I ended up doing it myself for $50 in parts and less than 1 hour. I went in person to explain that not one person told me I have to pay for the quote no matter what and that if I pay this they will lose my business forever. Answer was I owe $115. I paid the $115 for the 15 minutes of work and they lost a lot more in revenue down the road.

This store is run by a bunch of snot nose kids, they work on commission and yes they have all the products and they are all overpriced. I used to go there for advice on how to maintain my pool and buy what was needed. One time I had a return and 6 kids crowded around me to tell me they don't take returns and I was not using the product sold correctly. Go to Leslie's, as they are a chain and have better refund policy and you can perhaps talk to an adult there who knows pool maintenance.

My brother took his broken pool motor in to get repaired. They sent him home with the wrong motor. My brother had already hooked up the motor they gave him. He asked if they would come and change out their motor they gave him with his repaired motor they said no. Instead they left his now repaired motor in pieces in his yard and took their motor. That is awful customer service. All they needed to do was swoop out the motors and they couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs. They lost valuable customers!!
