The customer service is great and I felt so welcomed. I took my car in to get new tires and a new battery. When I left there was an issue with how my car was riding and my mud flap was broken. I was so annoyed that I left with the same issue and a new one. Here is where things took a turn…

I called the store and arrived less than one minute after the call ended. Not only was I greeted by the manager, but his friendly and welcoming demeanor made me feel like I would be taken care of. Every issue was resolved within an hour. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle after my issues were resolved, I was still treated with care and greeted with smiles.

With all that being said, I would take my car back to this location. I have never been treated so kindly after complaining about a service. My blueberry was in good hands.

Respectfully, don't even bother if you are not in dire need. I think the rating speaks for itself. The only reason why I didn't rate this place a 1 is because the customer service was not the worst I've experienced. It was good enough for me to work with after having to wait 30 minutes for the store to open when their website and Google stated that they open at 7 and even allowed me to make an appointment. I'd suggest calling to confirm hours before going. And then on top of that, they let someone check in before me without asking everyone who showed up first and only listening to feedback from one person. They ended up servicing that customers car right away. They turned away 3 customers during my time waiting for them to bring my truck back to get looked at. And they also let someone else who came in after I've waited for an hour, to get seen right stay and gave them an estimate of 30 minutes to get some feedback on what's wrong with their vehicle that they just had serviced a few days ago at this same location. That's a red flag. After waiting for 2 hours with no check in and my truck was still not brought back yet, I kindly asked for my keys back because it was longer than I expected with an appointment and was not even given an apology or explanation. I don't know beyond this what it's like to get serviced here but I'm okay with not taking that risk. You may have better luck by calling to schedule an appointment and making sure they have the capacity and parts available.

Not coming back. I feel like I'm being overcharged for an oil change "$110". They left my air filter unsecure letting air come into the engine intake unfiltered. They left paperwork in my car. I asked if they offered Lyft or wait at home service. I was put in a filthy company truck for a ride. They should have declined and say they don't offer that.

Litchfield Park Goodyear Automotive store and especially Ben get a 10 STAR REVIEW. I have a new 2024 Toyota Prius Hybrid with less than 1000 miles in it. I ran over some road debris and got a flat tire in Scottsdale. I drove to another tire shop and they couldn't repair it and did not have the tire I needed. I started calling every tire shop in the Phoenix Metro and Ben was the only one who had the tire - one tire. I asked him to hold it for while I organized a tow to his shop. An hour later I was on the road again with my brand new tire. A great BIG thank you to Ben and his team for saving my day and providing me the BEST SERVICE EVER. I highly recommend Ben and Litchfield Park GOODYEAR for your automotive needs.

Absolutely 10 out of 10 experience. I brought my aunt's car up here for her and Zack helped us out from beginning to end. Excellent communication and he took us in at the last minute and was able to get us back out the door before the end of day. Definitely recommend this Goodyear location to anyone and everyone I know. Regardless of how busy it was he continued to make sure that my aunt's car was taken care of in a reasonable time. FIVE STARS FOR ZACK!!!!!

Amazing experience with the assistance of Zach B. Communication was excellent as he kept me up to date throughout the process of them working on my vehicle. Zach gave me an honest opinion about what is needed and I felt like he was genuinely looking out for me. If you need your vehicle serviced, definitely go to Goodyear and ask for Zach!

These guys helped me out in a pinch. I blew a tire on the interstate and called. They were great at communicating over the phone. They were able to put three new tires on my trailer even though I got there only 30 minutes before they closed on a Sunday. Got everything done extremely quick and I was back on the road.

Took my vehicle in for new tires. There tire tech messed up 3 of my rims. I live to far to leave my vehicle to get rims sent out to fix manager will only give me credit toward new rims on 3 wheels. It should be all 4 rims. Be careful when you go to this location tire tech is lazy he did not do the job correctly
