Bryan and the team at SMC have helped me with all my needs for the last 5-10 years as an international collector located in AUS. What I can say is the team puts pride into their work, sorting, fixing and shipping. Affordability is great, as they allow you to store bulk amounts of cards before shipping all at once and in a quick and easy format.

First thing that struck me was that all of their staff were very friendly, accommodating, patient and respond at a reasonable rate. Service is efficient and updating is fast. Pricing for their service is cheap, while in-house offerings for grading and consignment can't be beat. Used them for almost 3 years now, can't see myself turning to another company. Fantastic service from Bryan and the team at ship my cards. They’ve helped save in ebay shipping costs for wax and singles. Multiple options available to get your cards delivered from US to Australia. All parcels were packaged extremely well.

One caveat: The site is not intuitive and can be difficult to navigate. That said, ShipMyCards is a spectacular service. When I've gotten lost on the site and needed help, I have received friendly emails explaining how to do stuff like discard commons. They take photographs of your cards, front and back, so you can make sure you got what you ordered. When enough cards have arrived to make economic sense to have them forwarded overseas, the shipping charge is shockingly low. One more caveat: It does take a couple weeks for your order to arrive, but I'll gladly take that tradeoff for access to super cheap rates.

Worst service ever. They not only do not provide you a clear price but don't advise you on what number to declare for customs. I not only paid more to have my cards shipped to them but also paid a hefty amount on customs as well. I might as well should have had my cards delivered straight to me in Canada then going through this terrible service. I will NEVER use their service again.

Also, their customer service is non-existent so don't bother using them if you need to reach them as it takes them a few days to email you back and they don't have a number to call.

Frankly, I'd give them zero stars if possible and am confident they're only in business because card collectors don't know better and there aren't a lot of viable options currently available on the market.

Never had a problem. Customer service is prompt and they always communicate transparently on their website about the current status of cards being uploaded to your account. Very friendly staff. Quick service. Overall happy to recommend Bryan and his staff for what they are doing. Kind regards from an overseas collector
