Today I came into this store to get my phone replaced after I filed a claim through T-Mobile customer service. The manager stopped the woman that was helping me due to the damage on my phone being “ineligible” for T-Mobile to fix for me. When I asked why another T-Mobile representative told me I was eligible for it to be replaced, the manager told me that “the customer service reps don’t know what they’re talking about and they get in autopilot”. I asked if they could replace the screen protector that they tore off my phone since they were no longer replacing it. The manager got me a new one and slapped it on my screen without wiping my phone off. I was shocked that he did that so carelessly because I used to be an employee at T-Mobile and I was taught how important it is to make sure that no dirt or specks is on the phone screen before you apply the screen protector. When I told him that my screen was really dirty, he told me “Well this isn’t gonna be my best work or anything. I’m just trying to get you a screen protector.” What makes me not deserve his best work? I’ve been a loyal T-Mobile customer for close to a decade and I was really upset to hear a manager tell me that I didn’t deserve to have good customer service. This poor interaction and the “miscommunication” with my claim makes me want to change cell carriers. I definitely won’t be back to this location on Dysart and Camelback and I won’t encourage anyone to go to this location either. I’m happy to be writing this review with dirt under my screen protector.

Poor service, don't be a person of color because that manager Chris will assist you but have other conversations with other employees and give YOU THE CUSTOMER zero attention.
The fun thing I watch service a person right before me (white) asked all these questions, the old guy said his phone wasn't ringing or vibrating. So he took the Old guys phones went into settings and got the guy straight, called him a few times to make sure everything was good, it was fantastic.
I got to him and he acted like I was wasting his time. Sad!
I don't want to judge, a shaggy beard, covered in tattoos, hat on backwards, looking like one of the Son of Anarchy.
Oh I asked to update my address in the system, which he really didnt want to, but reluctantly he did and I dont know if he did it on purpose but he entered in the WRONG!

Great customer service. I had a couple of problems that I needed to fix with my plan and I stopped by here today to see if they could help. Carter was professional and knowledgeable about all of the things I needed done. He got them done in just a few minutes and I was able to get back to my weekend. I will definitely come back for my cell phone needs.

Today I went into your store with my sister & grandson and was greeted by David, Javier, Lupe and Angel. I had initially went to get an IPhone 13 for my son but wasn’t sure of the outcome. David was very helpful at giving me all my options that were available to me. As we had a lot more questions for him , Lupe offered to help as well . He had such awesome customer service & such an up beat personality! So as we were excited to get my son a new IPhone 13 with the help of Javier we got a second one as well. I have had a great experience at this location before which is why I went back to this specific location even though it was out of my way. Thank you Javier for being an AMAZING representative. He was very kind to my grandson. I absolutely recommend this store and these outstanding representatives. Keep doing what you guys are doing because you do it well. Thanks for making my trip there a GREAT one!

Refused to assist with transferring data to new phone. Basically told to go find a transfer company to help us. It takes them too much time. I asked then what's the point of the their store, I was told they provide cellular service. Not without a phone that work. Bad attitude.

Clearly they don't understand the non solicitation laws in their city. They hung their sign on my door, partially overlapping the no soliciting sign. They had to walk past another on my garage to get to the door, and the entire community has signs at every entrance. If they can't read a sign and follow that, how can anyone expect them to adhere to a contract?

Of all the T-Mobile stores, this one has got to be the most awesome. I mean, I've gotten friendly customer service before but Javier and David are above and beyond. Super helpful. Super friendly. I really hope t-mobile corporate treats these guys right because thats how you keep customers!

This t mobile truly treats you like family. I've never had better customer service experience in my life. From the second you walk in Javier and the team are rolling out the red carpet complete customer service and resolution practically guaranteed. Thankful to have this as my t mobile store and I highly recommend this location to anyone who's experiencing any problems no matter how small or how big they'll take care of you
