I went to have my battery changed on my Escalade and had went to another location and they claim they could not change my battery. Arrived at O’Reilly and Devon went above and beyond to help make sure I had the right battery and changed it for me. I took him about 45 minutes but he was patient and nice and we worked together to get the job done smoothly and quickly. I appreciate great customer service and would definitely recommend this O’ Reilly. Thanks again Devon

Really great experience at this location. I came in to get a second opinion about why my check engine light came on. When I entered the store I was greeted happily and the young lady at the counter ran codes with a great attitude. She even presented me with things that could fix the issue before replacing expensive parts. I was really grateful for her and her knowledge because I was able to save a lot of money with her feedback. Check engine light is off!! This was a much better experience than the other location where the guy only gave me the expensive solution as the only solution. Thank you for hiring quality and thoughtful employees.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My Fiancé comes in here regularly as he does mechanical work privately for his own business. We used to love this location, Especially Jeff, however, it's recently been run by, for lack of a better word, an absolute moron. Coming from a business owner, I don't understand how O'Reilly's would hire someone who is VISUALLY lazy in front of clients. When we were in yesterday(Monday), it was like we were treated as an inconvenience, and were being dismissed, Which we have never experienced before with this location, Even with the regular changing of managers we've seen this past year. David( I believe that was his name), I hope you see this Because you sealed the deal on us only using Autozone from now on. Maybe look into flipping burgers or something, Because in order to manage a business, Your not allowed to just dismiss customers, and treat them as if they're an inconvenience, and go back into whatever room you were in right after, and hide away. As for Orilley's.... How embarrassing it must be to have someone managing your store who acts this way, no wonder it's always slow over here, suddenly I understand why.
