I have been extremely fortunate to have Ella (Qiaojing) Zheng and her team (including Melinda Koster, Frank Xu, and Yalda Saii) representing me to fight against employment discrimination at workplace. After a survey through multiple resources, I realized that a case against my employer, a large Fortune 500 company, wouldn’t be easy. Honestly, I was scared in the beginning because my employer was quite aggressive and hostile, but gradually I started feeling safe and strong because Ella was on my side! Ella and her team were very compassionate, knowledgeable, and effective. Throughout the process, she always clearly laid out the options and explained the pros/cons of each decision to make sure the strategy aligns with my value and goal.
