The owner is very rude. Not allowing someone to return something that still has tags and was obviously not used is ridiculous and she had an attitude about it. She told me that they don't return plushies because people can take them home and get their sweat and etc on them, but you're allowing kids to play with the plush in store? How do you know that any of these kids don't have a cold or virus and they've been handling the toys? I have never ever been to a store with such a ridiculous return policy. We have spent a lot of money in this store and I've never had any issues until this evening. I don't know if the owner was having a bad night or not, but when I tell you she was rude I mean she was RUDE. I will never shop here ever again and it's sad because we loved this place and was willing to drive an hour to shop here. Not anymore. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Whether you are the owner or manager, you need to be respectful and give good customer service. I am the owner of two businesses and if i treated people this way then I would expect that they won't come back to shop with me. On the plus side, the cashier was really sweet.

Awesome little candy shop mixed in with toys and gifts for all ages. They have anything and everything for that sweet tooth plus some pretty cool toys and hard to find items you may have been looking for. I found some candy I have been looking for all over and guess what...yes they had it. Great job guys on this awesome little store

Brought my six yo grandson to the best Toy & Candy store in AZ. Didn't think stores like that still existed... From the awesome sensory toys, to throw-back candy reminiscing of good old days, to Lava lamps, and much more. Definitely the only go to, from now on! The proprietor was very friendly, and prices are very reasonable!

Oh my….we spent an hour and a half in Old Town Candy & Toys. I love this independent toy store and I couldn’t be happier to support them. They have a wide array of toys for kids and adults. Unique gifts - stuff you can’t just find at the big box store. We walked outta there with so many toys for future birthday parties, coffee table books, one of a kind kid books, these giant popits and so much more!

This place was amazing. I bought a geode here and the cashier was so excited about it
and so nice. Everybody there was so kind and I definitely recommend going. there's a bunch of cool stuff in really good candy. 10/10

Kids of all ages will find something cool here! Browse through and read all the funny sayings and see all the nostalgic candy, games, and other unique memorabilia! Some of the stuff brought me way back! They have cool TOYS plus tons of socks, tea towels, charms, jewelry, signs, cards, and so much more. It's not a cheap place, but it's not expensive and better than what you would expect for the area. Great for collectors, gag gifts for someone who has "everything" or just to grab a quick treat to enjoy in Old Town. 10/10
