Probably the worst customer service ive experienced, they never have the right sizes. Nobody came up to help or ask if we needed help, the woman ignored us the entire time we were in there.

Great prices, great clothing but ZERO customer service. The store closes at 7:00pm, today Thursday 12/07/2023 during my visit i asked an employee if i could use a fitting room at 6:46 pm and she very rudly told me I had 5 minutes. Even the cashier Mary who was wearing her name tag like it’s supposed to seemed intimidated by her demeanor. For my $100 dls purchase, and wanting to support local businesses customer service needs attention.

Should really update the hours online . Went in to look for a last minute outfit and to start off they arent welcoming and I was unaware they close at 6 since online it said 7. At 5:45 the lights were shut off and the music was too and they did not say one word to me . They could have at least said hey ma’am I’m sorry we close soon but instead decided turning everything off while I’m shopping was the best idea .

Mostly nice clothes, always in style, sometimes made poorly, but for the most part not bad. Heads up, they usually don't carry plus sizes. They shoes are gorgeous, and they have a lot of different dress shoes, usually for good price, and are comfortable. The make up also not bad it's not brand makeup, but it's good make for the most part. They also have very cute accessories there. As for the customer service, they have their days, sometimes they're super helpful, and sometimes they aren't. Another review said they only help girls who look glammed up, that's not true, but yes sometimes they aren't very helpful. It's a good store for the most part, not amazing, but I would recommend going there.

This is the second time we come in here and we feel rushed to get out of the store. Last time we came at 6 and they closed at 7 and they started turning off the lights 30 minutes before close time and constantly reminding customers that they are closing soon. And the again on the second visit music was turned off, they kept saying we are closing soon and people trying clothes on we’re told to bring their items to the front without allowing them to try things on.

Cute shoes but they DO NOT give cash back on returns no matter what!! Store credit only!!! You can buy something, literally walk out of the store & turn around and walk right back in & they still will not give you your money back. Store credit only!! A little bit of compassion would have gone a long way ladies.

The young woman who helped me today was great. I am sorry I didn't catch her name, but she helped me choose which shoes I got and why they would work better. Great prices and cute clothes, just a bit too young for me :}

I give them this rating because I used to by a lot of my heels there but this last time I was there I saw 3 employees there besides me there was only one other costumer there I had found 4 pairs of boots that I really wanted. The employees never acknowledged me and I tried to get their attention for 10 min nothing the other costumer they kept helping the other costumer miss diva thing didn't even buy anything after trying on a few pairs of shoes. So they area rude unless you are wearing to much makeup and speak Spanish and don't want to spend MONEY. NEVER WILL GO THERE will go to Dillards or drive to Cali and yes I have been telling everybody about my experience
