This review is for the market, not the restaurant. First, let me say that the market used to be decent. It was nestled between the restaurant and beer cave. Prices were convenience-store high, but the selection was nice. But that market was removed to expand the restaurant and moved to a building next door.
Perhaps it's a work in progress, but right now the market is a joke. Seriously, don't waste your time. There are wooden racks that look like a shop class project holding up a paltry selection of goods. We could not find bottled water while there. The only lunch meat was bologna. The only pizza was frozen supreme boxed garbage. Remember those great Sassy take-and-bakes? Well, you can't get them here. They'll tell you to go down to Sassy pizza 4 miles away. Don't bother doing that either, at least during the summer - they only make a few and they sell out fast. Now our only quick food option on the island is Dollar General.

This is a nice place and the staff are very friendly. The prices are outrageous. I paid $60 for a 24 pack of Busch Lite and 3 cans of Mike’s Hard Lemonade Black Cherry. I understand that it is conveniently located, but the prices are much more than I expected and am willing to pay.

This was our first time in a condo in Fort Morgan. We usually stay in gulf shores where there’s a ton of stores to shop/stock up on food, but that comes with the crazy crowds of people. I was worried I would have to head down to GS for a few key things we forgot to pack (birthday candles, bbq sauce etc). Yes they even had birthday candles! Sassy bass saved the day and time! It’s a small little place so they won’t have it all, but they surprisingly had everything I needed! The clerk was nice and friendly.Let’s not forget no big lines, crammed parking lots and crazy tourists! Lol. There seems to be a decent bar/grill next door too, but we didn’t try it out maybe next time!

6 dollars for 13 oz. cranberry juice is just hateful. A neighbor said a gallon of milk is 9 dollars. I sensed hostility the moment I walked in the new place. No prices on anything so you're supposed to guess and hope. Won't be back.

I was there today at the new location and never Felt so uncomfortable walking into a market the lady at the cashier was so rude. We asked her if there was a microwave and she got a big attitude on us. For sure, 100% racist, she should not be working there will never go back.

We rented a house a stone's throw away from Sassy Pants, and ended up visiting every day. The entire staff was awesome! Special shout out to Kevin, the manager, Linda and Taylor. Everyone took great care of us. The atmosphere is fun, and the drinks were yummy. Half of the family loved the Bushwacker, and the rest of us loved the perfect Patron margs. The store, for being small, had everything you needed and a great beer selection! We will miss our daily visits!!!

There really aren’t any other options in Fort Morgan other than this spot, so I guess that’s how they stay in business, but just go ahead and make the rest of the drive into Gulf Shores. The staff are friendly, but everything else is a mess. The prices are absurd (think Daily’s for $11 vs <$2 at Publix), half of the market/grocery part isn’t air conditioned and the meat/seafood counters were completely empty. There’s a fridge of bait bait right between the groceries, baby diaper rash cream and the milk ?

I had the fish and grits. It was amazing. My wife had the brisket tacos. They, too, were great. I would recommend eating here.
